- All customer Installation orders are confirmed by way of a Pre-Paid Service Charge
- All Card payments are processed via the Paypal Card payment platform for customer payment protection
- On confirmation Newbury Local freelance Telephone & Internet EX-BT Engineers will call to arrange an appointment.
- A MINIMUM charge of one hour onsite is payable for all confirmed orders / Contracts
- Additional time is charged to the nearest 30 minutes while onsite.
- Your local Newbury Telephone and Internet EX-BT Engineers will complete and fully test the installation on completion.
- Credits accounts for corporate clients are available subject to references.
- All parts installed are subject to a 12 month onsite parts guarantee.
- All parts are the property of Newbury Local freelance Telephone & Internet EX-BT Engineers until orders are financially satisfied.
- The Pre-paid Service Charge is only refundable subject to cancellations when a 4 hour notice is offered by the customer prior to the Engineer attending the property.
